What are the available payment methods?

  • You may also spend K Dollars to complete your purchase (minimum 10 K Dollars must be used).

Can I exchange or refund the product after purchase?

  • No; all purchases are final upon completion, and are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

Can I earn K-Dollars with my purchase?

  • Please refer to product details on the entitlement of K Points respectively; actual points earned depends on your membership tier with different conversion rate.

Is there an expiry date for my purchases?

  • Yes, please refer to product details and make sure to redeem your purchase before the expiry date.
